1. What we collect
Account data — your name, email, phone and business name at sign-up. Business data — the customers, products, documents, payments, expenses and files you enter or upload. Technical data — IP address, browser type and access logs, for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, to send documents to your customers on your behalf, to send subscription reminders, and to answer support questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business data for advertising.
3. Your customers' data
Your customers' details are entered by you and processed on your behalf. Your customers open documents through a private link without signing up. When they open the link we record the time, so you know the document has been seen. Payment proof they upload is visible only to users of your account.
4. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by CHIP (CHIP-in Asia). We do not store your card numbers or banking details; we receive only the payment confirmation and a transaction reference. Invoice payments between you and your customers do not pass through Requo at all.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers in the South-East Asia region with daily backups. Uploaded files are kept outside public access and served only to users entitled to see them. API keys and secrets are stored encrypted. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as the account is active. After a subscription ends, data is kept for at least 90 days so you can subscribe again, and may then be deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner by email; we delete within 30 days, apart from records the law requires us to keep.
7. Cookies
We use only necessary cookies: the login session, security tokens (CSRF) and the portal language preference. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Your rights (PDPA 2010)
You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the support email below. We reply within 21 days.
