Refund Policy
Last updated 18/09/2026 · Requo
1. Scope
This policy covers Requo subscription fees only, paid to Requo through CHIP. It does not cover invoice payments between you and your customers — those are paid directly to you and Requo is not involved.
2. Try first, pay later
Every new account gets a free trial with full access and no credit card. We encourage you to test every module before subscribing.
3. Digital services are not refundable
A subscription is a digital service activated immediately on payment. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refundable, including if you stop using the service or downgrade before the cycle ends.
4. Exceptions — full refund
- You were charged twice for the same cycle.
- Payment succeeded but the plan was not activated within 24 hours and we could not put it right.
- You were charged after cancelling, or never made the purchase.
Claims must be made within 7 days of the charge.
5. How to claim
Email hello@requo.net with your business name, account email and the payment reference. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
6. Cancelling
There is no long-term contract and no automatic charge. Cancel from the billing page at any time, or simply let the subscription lapse — we never charge a renewal without your action. Either way your access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
