Terms of Service
Last updated 18/09/2026 · Requo
1. The service
Requo is software as a service (SaaS) for managing quotations, sales orders, invoices, payments, stock, expenses and reports, operated by Requo ("we", "us"). By signing up you ("the Customer") accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Accounts and users
One account represents one business. The account owner is responsible for every user they invite and for all activity under the account. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions, trial and payment
New accounts get a free trial with no credit card. After that, continued use requires a paid plan billed monthly or yearly, paid in advance through the CHIP payment gateway. Renewal is manual: we remind you 7, 3 and 0 days before your end date, and we never charge you automatically. The price you paid is locked for the current cycle; price changes take effect only at the next renewal.
You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling keeps your full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account becomes read-only and is locked 30 days later. If a subscription simply lapses without being cancelled, there is a 7-day grace period first. Your data is not deleted for at least 90 days after termination and can be restored by subscribing again within that time.
4. Usage limits and fair use
Each plan has limits on users, invoices per month, products, customers and storage, as shown on the pricing page. "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use for a micro or small business; we may contact you if usage is far beyond normal.
5. Payments between you and your customers
Requo is not a party to the transaction between you and your customers, and does not hold, process or pass on your invoice money. The customer portal displays your own bank details and DuitNow QR code; payments are made directly to you. Payment proof uploaded by a customer is only a notification — it is your responsibility to check it against your bank statement before marking an invoice as paid.
6. Your data
The business data you enter (customers, products, documents, payments) remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your reports at any time as CSV or PDF.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Requo to issue false or misleading documents, to break the law, to send spam to your customers, or to attempt to reach another account's data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Requo does not give accounting or tax advice; reports are generated from the data you enter.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email to the account owner. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
